About the Author:
Pam Boulton, EdD, was Child Care Director Emeritus after her forty-year tenure as the director of the UW–Milwaukee Children’s Center. She participated in the development and teaching of the Administrator, Leadership and Program Development Credentials in Wisconsin—a series specifically for child care directors and administrators and those who support them. She served as the Coordinator for the Exchange Leadership Initiative for Exchange Magazine, was a member of the leadership team for the Exchange ROW (Reimagining Our Work) Initiative, was actively engaged with the World Forum Foundation Working Group on Children’s Rights and was involved in the Wisconsin Nature Action Collaborative for Children. We remember Pam as a guiding force in the field of early childhood education.
