Reflecting early child learning standards form the National Council of Teachers of mathematics, the 124 math activities and games contained in the book include new activities and proven winners from the authors' previous publications, More Than Counting and Much More Than Counting. The text includes an overiew of understanding and pllying mathematics standards for young children, followed by sections on specific standards - number and oberations, algebra, geometry, measurement, and data analysis and probability - and a chapter on assessment and planning.
