About the Author:

Ann Ramminger, MS, has over 25 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, trainer, and consultant in various early care and education systems such as Head Start, full day child care, part day preschool, the WIC Program, the NAEYC accreditation system, home visitation programs, and technical assistance organizations. Ann was part of the research and development team for the revision of the 2008 Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. She has a BS in early childhood education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a MS in administrative leadership: adult and continuing education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ann is a professional development specialist working for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Waisman Center with emphasis on early intervention, parent leadership, and collaborative processes.
