Claire Copenhagen Bainer holds an MA in early childhood education and has taught in preschool classrooms and at the college level for 30 years. She has been the codirector of BlueSkies for Children, a NAEYC-accredited early childhood program since 1995. Claire also serves as the vice president of the Alameda County Child Care Steering Council and is a member of the Early Childhood Mental Health Committee.
