Barbara OehlbergAs an experienced family life specialist with the Cleveland Public Schools, Barbara Oehlberg has seen firsthand how domestic violence, child abuse, and stress can affect children’s behavior and learning abilities.  Ms. Oehlberg is a nationally recognized speaker, with featured presentations at various conferences, including the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She has also served as a keynote speaker at Harvard’s School of Public Health.
