Biography: 

Cathy Fink and Marcy MarxerCathy Fink and Marcy Marxer, 2004 and 2005 GRAMMY Award winners in the children's music field, have applied their creative talents for over twenty years to music that educates, entertains, and builds community. They present lively and interactive keynote concerts and workshops at professional conferences for early childhood educators. They help professionals gain new skills and use the skills they have with confidence and flexibility. Their keynotes honor teachers, parents, librarians, and caregivers for their important roles in shaping children's skills for the future.

Cathy and Marcy have been making music together since 1984 and have each been performing for over thirty years. Their recordings have won numerous awards from the American Library Association, Parents' Choice Foundation, the National Association of Parenting Publications, the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, Early Childhood News, the Washington Area Music Association, and the Recording Academy (eight GRAMMY nominations and two GRAMMY Awards).
