January Redleaf Tickler

January's Tickler is from P. Nordahl in Grand Marais, MN:

One winter day, I noticed that a four-year-old boy in my family child care program was spending too much time in the bathroom. When I heard water running from the tub, I opened the door and found him filling my boots with water.

Later in the day, my helper said to the boy, "I heard you got into some hot water with Patty today."

He looked at her and replied, "No, it was cold water."
