September Redleaf Tickler
The September Tickler is from J. Fry of Lakewood, WA: Our school has a flower garden outside our classroom that years of students have helped plant. My class and I were discussing the names of the flowers when one of my students asked the name of the white one. He was told it was a dandelion. At this point, another child chimed in. "I saw one of those the other day," he said, "but all the dandies were gone."
