Security Policy
Redleaf Press does not disclose credit card account information.
When a purchase is made with a credit card, we submit this information directly
to a secure credit card processor. Redleaf Press uses Entrust, a secure socket
layer (SSL), and practices appropriate to the nature of the information in an
effort to protect information from unauthorized access, destruction, use,
modification, or disclosure.
Privacy Promise
Redleaf Press collects the names, addresses, and email addresses
of our customers in order to send our ordered books and other merchandise, to
mail our catalogs throughout the year, and to notify customers periodically by
email of products and services offered by Redleaf Press. Customer information
will not be sold, leased, exchanged or given away to any other party.
Redleaf Press customers may review and change their contact
information by calling Customer Service at 800-423-8309 or by emailing customerservice@redleafpress.org.
Any customer who does not wish to receive our catalogs may request that they be
put on our Do Not Mail list. At any time, customers who have subscribed to
Redleaf e-news can follow an opt-out link provided in every email message to
unsubscribe from that email service.
Because we respect your privacy, we do not rent, sell, or
exchange our list of customers.
Any changes to this policy will be posted here on the Redleaf
Press Website.
This privacy policy is effective as of July 1, 2004.
Purchase Orders Purchase orders cannot be
accepted on web orders. Purchase orders will be accepted on your agency
letterhead or a purchase order form. Fax purchase orders to 800-641-0115. To
establish credit, organizations and institutions must pay the first order in
advance or contact us with references for approval. Standard payment terms are
net 30 days. Minimum order for purchase orders is $25.
Bulk Discounts Discounts may be available
for bulk purchases of Redleaf Press books. For more information, call
800-423-8309 or email sales@redleafpress.org.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped in 24 hours. Within the
Continental United States, orders are shipped by UPS or USPS, which may take 3
to 5 business days. See the chart below for shipping and handling charges.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territory, orders are shipped by USPS
Priority Mail service, which may take 3 to 4 business days or longer, depending
upon the destination.
Canadian orders are shipped via Priority Mail International. Our
Website will calculate your shipping and handling charge based on the total
product weight.
Other international orders are shipped by USPS, rates and
available services vary based on total product weight and services available by

Sales Tax The appropriate sales tax will be
charged for all Minnesota customers. If your organization is exempt from paying
sales tax we must have current documentation on file. A copy of your Certificate
of Exempt Status (ST-17) or a completed Certificate of Exemption (ST3) form is
needed, download a pdf version here. Please fax completed forms to our Customer Service
department at 800-641-0115.
Prices and Availability Prices, terms,
discounts, shipping fees, and availability are subject to change without

Satisfaction Guaranteed Your complete
satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, simply return your materials within 30 days for a refund, credit, or
exchange (some restrictions apply to software, Web-based products, and dated
materials).
Returns Products can be returned within 30
days in original condition with a copy of the invoice. Software, Web-based
products, and dated materials can be returned only if defective, however, and
will be replaced with a new copy of the same item. To ensure proper credit,
please pack carefully. Products purchased as a set must be returned as a
set.

Back Orders Orders with items on back order
will be accepted and are shipped as soon as the products are available. Back
ordered titles along with the shipping charge will not be charged until the
product is available for shipping.
