Redleaf Press does not disclose credit card account information.
When a purchase is made with a credit card, we submit this information directly
to a secure credit card processor. Redleaf Press uses Entrust, a secure socket
layer (SSL), and practices appropriate to the nature of the information in an
effort to protect information from unauthorized access, destruction, use,
modification, or disclosure.
Redleaf Press collects the names, addresses, and email addresses
of our customers in order to send our ordered books and other merchandise, to
mail our catalogs throughout the year, and to notify customers periodically by
email of products and services offered by Redleaf Press. Customer information
will not be sold, leased, exchanged or given away to any other party.
Redleaf Press customers may review and change their contact
information by calling Customer Service at 800-423-8309 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any customer who does not wish to receive our catalogs may request that they be
put on our Do Not Mail list. At any time, customers who have subscribed to
Redleaf e-news can follow an opt-out link provided in every email message to
unsubscribe from that email service.
Because we respect your privacy, we do not rent, sell, or
exchange our list of customers.
Any changes to this policy will be posted here on the Redleaf
Purchase orders cannot be
accepted on web orders. Purchase orders will be accepted on your agency
letterhead or a purchase order form. Fax purchase orders to 800-641-0115. To
establish credit, organizations and institutions must pay the first order in
advance or contact us with references for approval. Standard payment terms are
net 30 days. Minimum order for purchase orders is $25.

Orders are usually processed and shipped in 24 hours. Within the
Continental United States, orders are shipped by UPS or USPS, which may take 3
to 5 business days. See the chart below for shipping and handling charges.

Priority Mail service, which may take 3 to 4 business days or longer, depending

charged for all Minnesota customers. If your organization is exempt from paying
sales tax we must have current documentation on file. A completed Certificate of Exemption (ST3) form is

Most products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days when accompanied by a copy of your invoice. All bundled products/sets must be returned with all components for a refund. Exceptions: software, web-based products, E-books, and date-sensitive materials are non-returnable. If you received a defective item, we will happily exchange the defective item with a new copy of the same product. Items that are damaged or do not have an invoice may be denied a refund or exchange. To ensure proper credit, please pack carefully.
