TA K E H O M E
Cut out the nine smaller pictures at the bottom of the page. Start a discussion
with your child about what is in your community, town, or neighborhood. You
might start with a statement such as “In our town there is a library,” and then
take the book cutout and place it on a building in the picture. Ask your child
to finish a similar statement, and add another cutout to the larger picture. Talk
about what people do in those buildings/businesses.
